INGREDIENTS

TOPPINGS INGREDIENTSĀ 

  • Sesame seeds or Everything bagel seasoning ā 
  • 1 egg whisked ā

METHOD

  1. Combine the greek yoghurt, protein and flour and mix. ā 
  2. Move your dough to a lightly floured bench top and knead well until a dough ball forms.ā 
  3. Cut your dough into 4 parts. Roll each piece into a ball and push a hole through the middle. ā 
  4. Brush your bagels with some egg wash and add your toppings of choice. ā 
  5. Bake in the oven or air fryer at 185 degrees for 10 minutes (you can adjust the time depending how well youā€™d like them cooked)
